Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks

Establish risk identification and assessment processes

Create standardized risk taxonomies

Assess materiality criteria for the risk universe

Identify and analyze potential risks threatening organizational success

Work with senior management to develop risk management strategies

Conduct market and feasibility studies for strategic projects

Implement robust internal control systems

Technical Skills:

Utilize financial and statistical tools for risk evaluation

Design risk assessments, dashboards, and scorecards

Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks

Develop contingency plans for potential threats

Reporting and Governance:

Provide risk oversight to senior management

Create risk appetite statements

Liaise with stakeholders and board members

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Strong knowledge of risk management processes, preferably in a regulated financial institution, with the ability to work across organizational teams
