Working under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director, this position has direct responsibility for the supervision of staff in the clinical department. Ensures staff is providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
- Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of Recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice with 1 year in a medical practice.
- Employee supervision/management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMR and/or IDX experience.
