  • Perform maintenance and upgrades to enhance ground-system uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to document, track, and resolve issues via company ticketing platforms.
  • Maintain precise records of site surveys, installations, maintenance actions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Manage accountability programs for tools, calibration equipment, and vehicles.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, electrical standards, manuals, and SOPs while suggesting improvements to installation standards and troubleshooting guides.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years field service or comparable experience.
  • Basic mechanical, residential/light-commercial electrical, network, and office-software knowledge.
  • Hands-on mechanical/electrical assembly, organization, and inventory-management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot time-sensitive problems, develop practical fixes, and adapt to changing sites, technologies, and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
