Up to $8,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months 

The Occupational Therapist assess patients and develops an age appropriate treatment plan based on functional abilities. S/he adheres to the Standards of Occupational Therapy Practice.

• Develops Treatment Plans
• Provides Patient Treatment
• Collaborates with Rehab Team members
• Performs Training Duties as Assigned.
• Assists with Department Function

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree 

Experience:

• 0-2 yrs

License:

• LICENSED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST 

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
