Pay: $17-$22 per hour
Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PM

• We can accommodate more hours if you prefer a full-time schedule!

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH.

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

• Support families through parent training and consistent communication

• Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year experience with children

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• A passion for helping children grow and succeed

• Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington

Job Details:

• Part-time: 15+ hours/week

• Pay: $17–$22/hr

• Benefits: PTO, professional development

• Training: 40 hour online required once hired
