Day Shift Welder/Fitter

We are seeking skilled day shift welder/fitters with structural experience to join our team. You will be working on manufacturing large poles for street lighting and traffic control. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in handling large structures.

• Manufacture large poles for street lighting and traffic control using structural welding techniques.
• Utilize metalcore and flux core welding methods effectively.
• Perform fitting tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
• Pass required weld and fitting tests to demonstrate proficiency.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy industrial welding and fitting.
• Experience with metalcore and flux core welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Must pass weld test on 1/2 inch flat plate 1G with 1/16th metalcore wire and bevel bar.
• Must pass fitting test.

We offer paid holidays and a boot allowance to support our employees. Overtime is available for those seeking additional hours and compensation.

This role operates on a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 5am to 3:30pm, with guaranteed work on Saturdays. Employees are required to wear a hard hat provided by the company, and must have their own weld hood and steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
