Lead Patient Services Specialist - Cardiology

The front office lead demonstrates capability to complete all scheduling / front office combination tasks.  In addition, the lead will be accountable to overseeing the front office operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, orientation / training of new employees, participate in evaluation process and maintaining a professional environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of Front office experience in an acute or ambulatory setting.
• 2 years of Leadership or supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Preferred fields:  Healthcare or related, or
• Coursework/Training: College level classes, preferably in healthcare or related field, or equivalent educ/experience
  • Equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• IDX and Touchworks (Allscripts) experience.
