We're hiring Fusion Technicians to support an exciting clean energy project. In this position, you'll help assemble and install important components used in advanced energy systems. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with cutting-edge technology in a modern manufacturing environment while working alongside a team focused on innovation and quality.

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components
• Build cables, wiring assemblies, and capacitors
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with a team dedicated to innovation and excellence

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a technician role
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read blueprints
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Mechanical Assembly
• Electronic Assembly
• Wiring & Crimping
• Cable Assembly
• Blueprint Reading
• Clean Room Experience

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.
