What We Do

Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.

Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.

We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.

Who We Are

Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.

The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.

Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.

Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the recruiting operating system for our next stage of growth. Learn how our current tools, workflows, and processes fit together, simplify what is messy, and make the whole function easier to run.

  • Help recruiters do their best work. Find where time gets lost, handoffs break, or process gets in the way, then redesign how we work to create more speed, focus, and leverage.

  • Be our AI pilot and talent engineering partner. Test new tools, build automations and workflows, and turn great ideas into practical solutions that make recruiting better.

  • Stay ahead of our growth. See around corners, anticipate where systems or processes will break, and introduce the right amount of structure at the right time.

  • Lead and develop our Recruiting Coordination team. Set a high bar for candidate experience, operating rigor, and ownership while helping coordinators grow and continuously improving how the work gets done.

  • Make change stick. Partner with the team, drive adoption, measure what is working, and keep improving it.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have owned Recruiting Operations in a high-growth environment and have seen what starts to break as hiring volume, team size, and complexity increase.

  • You are a builder and operator who loves taking something messy and making it simpler, faster, and better.

  • You have strong opinions about when to introduce process, tooling, and structure, and just as importantly, when not to. You can spot future breaking points without over-engineering for them too early.

  • You are genuinely excited about AI and already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, APIs, agents, or scripts.

  • You care about the people using what you build. You can earn trust, influence how teams work, and bring people along when you introduce something new.

  • You take real ownership. You can move from an ambiguous problem to a solution, get it live, and stay close enough to know whether it is actually helping. Experience managing and developing others is a plus.

The expected base salary range for this role is $160,000–$190,000 for San Francisco and New York City, plus equity and benefits. Final compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
