Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

The Production Associate fills drums and pails with product and safely moves them throughout the facility to support efficient manufacturing operations. This role combines hands-on production tasks with general labor and material handling responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Fill drums and pails with product according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Label, seal, and prepare filled containers for storage or shipment as required.
  • Safely move drums, pails, and other materials throughout the building using appropriate equipment.
  • Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the manufacturing facility, following all safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility standards.
  • Assist with general labor tasks in the production area as needed to support daily operations.
  • Follow all production instructions, safety protocols, and company policies while performing assigned duties.
Essential Skills
  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience operating a forklift or willingness to learn and follow forklift safety procedures.
  • Capability to handle and move drums, pails, and other materials safely.
  • Attention to detail when filling, handling, and preparing containers.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Background in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
  • Comfort working with material handling equipment such as forklifts.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability in a hands-on role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with production team members.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility where you will work in a hands-on production environment. The position involves working around drums, pails, and other materials, and regularly moving items throughout the building using material handling equipment such as forklifts. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
