What You'll Do

As a Junior Recruiter at Parnall Law, you are the front door to our talent pipeline — finding, engaging, and screening the people who will help our firm fight for our clients.

MISSION STATEMENT

Contribute to driving every stage of our hiring process, turning great candidates into great hires.

RESULTS / OUTCOMES (What you must get done.)

  • Attend firm huddles every Monday morning at 8:00 am
  • Attend mini huddles Tuesdays through Fridays
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with Recruiting Director
  • Conduct outreach to 20–25 prospective candidates per week for the pipeline, generating a minimum of 5–10 qualified candidates per week, using online platforms, legal associations, referrals, competitor firms, and other passive-sourcing channels
  • Provide Meet & Greet notes and candidate recommendations to the Recruiting Director within 24 hours of each interview
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date candidate pipeline spreadsheet for weekly review with the Recruiting Director and Operations Director

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively and continuously source candidates for assigned roles through online platforms, legal associations, referrals, competitor firms, and other passive-sourcing channels; maintain this as an ongoing pipeline
  • Proactively develop additional sourcing channels through job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, and other creative networks
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, ready-to-interview candidates for recurring entry-level and senior openings
  • Conduct Meet & Greet (initial screening) interviews for candidates
  • Compose, post, and maintain job ads on job boards and through publications, as directed
  • Maintain an updated sourced candidate tracking spreadsheet for biweekly meetings with the Recruiting Director
  • Assist with scheduling of interviews (Meet & Greets, Shadowing, TopGrading, Alignment interviews) as needed
  • Attend job fairs and other sourcing/recruiting events
  • Keep files and notes updated with all candidate application materials and progress
  • Complete other recruiting tasks and projects as assigned

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

  • Reports directly to the Recruiting Director
  • Secondary reporting relationship to the Operations Director

Location

This is a 100% on site position based in Albuquerque, NM 

 

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (Mountain Time Zone)
