This is an onsite role.

The primary responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, opening, reviewing and scanning mail; accurate sorting, identifying, prioritizing, and indexing all incoming documents and correspondence, preparation of outgoing mail for pick-up.  Scanning will include identifying the source and type of document, and appropriately assigning these documents to the correct patient account in Epic using the correct statuses.  The position will have access to confidential information regarding patient health and financial status, as well as SHS audits requests and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a large-volume mail center

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with Epic electronic medical record system
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
