What You'll Be Doing

As a Plastic Injection Mold Technician, you will lead the development, validation, and optimization of scientific molding processes for both new and existing tooling. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and tooling teams to ensure stable, repeatable, and efficient production processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Burnsville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications, plus applicable shift differential. Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match. Paid time off and paid holidays. Support for continuing scientific-molding certification (RJG, Six Sigma) and career advancement into process engineering.

This is a Permanent position based out of Burnsville, MN.
