Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a machine operator and material handler at a leading chemical manufacturing facility. This entry-level position requires experience in offloading materials and the ability to work either the 2nd or 3rd shift. You must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Offload materials from tankers using mix sheets and order forms.
• Input materials and additives into hoppers following mix sheets and order forms.
• Perform quality control checks on tank levels before operating the mix.
• Transport finished products to production lines for further processing.

Essential Skills

• Experience in offloading materials.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in an industrial, non-climate-controlled environment, where temperatures can vary, becoming hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of McKees Rocks, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
