What You'll Be Doing

Electrical Panel Assembly & Wiring

✔ Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions

✔ Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels

✔ Install and wire components including:

• Circuit Breakers
• Relays
• Power Supplies
• PLCs
• Electrical Controls

✔ Route and organize wiring according to quality and safety standards

Testing & Troubleshooting

✔ Conduct electrical and functional testing

✔ Troubleshoot wiring and component issues

✔ Document testing results and quality checks

✔ Assist with customer witness testing and noise testing

Chiller System Testing

✔ Pressure Testing

✔ Evacuation & Refrigerant Charging

✔ Refrigeration Performance Testing

✔ Electrical Component Testing

✔ Mechanical & Electrical Installations

✔ Build test rigs and support engineering test plans

Continuous Improvement

✔ Participate in quality investigations and structured problem-solving activities

✔ Support risk assessments and safety initiatives

✔ Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering teams as needed

Qualifications

Required

✅ 1+ years of experience in:

• Panel Wiring
• Electrical Assembly
• Industrial Electrical Work
• Manufacturing Electrical Systems

✅ Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

✅ Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment

✅ Basic electrical troubleshooting skills

✅ Knowledge of wiring standards and electrical safety practices

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ PLC wiring experience

⭐ HVAC, Refrigeration, or Chiller Systems experience

⭐ Mechanical assembly experience

⭐ EPA Certification (preferred but not required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
