Role Overview

You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy across our SUD/MH outpatient services (PHP, IOP). Responsibilities include:

• Conducting biopsychosocial assessments & utilizing ASAM/LOCUS criteria
• Developing & updating individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with referral sources & community providers
• Maintaining strong clinical documentation
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI, mindfulness, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Desired: LAC, LSW, LCADC
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in mental health & substance use treatment
• Knowledge of ASAM, DSM-V, NJSAMS, & electronic health records
• Strong engagement, communication, and organizational skills
