Sr. Maintenance Manager

A global food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities operations across the production facilities. The incumbent will drive strategic development of maintenance systems, digital transformation, and capital investment planning to support operational reliability, cost efficiency, sustainability, and long‑term business growth.

The Role:

• Develop, justify, and implement the annual CapEx plan aligned with company strategy and long‑term capacity needs.
• Own the plant’s Total Productive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance systems to maximize equipment uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Oversee maintenance of all facility infrastructures, including building systems, HVAC, utilities, structural integrity, and safety systems.
• Lead and develop a technical team, including engineers, maintenance supervisors, and technicians.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field required.
• 15+ years of engineering and maintenance experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading an existing team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
