Unit: This unit is a close-knit, highly engaged team that values teamwork, collaboration, and delivering high-quality patient care. As part of the healthcare team, this role collaborates closely with the surgical team to provide safe, patient-centered care, ensure individual patient goals are met, and support the overall mission of the hospital.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 0645-1730 with an on-call, weekend, and holiday rotation

FTE: 1.0

Bonus: Up to $10k

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year of Surgical experience is required. Experience can come in any combination in a role as a Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Post high school education, certification or diploma required.
Completion of a Surgical Technologist program, completion of Military Operating Room Specialist course or the Froedtert Health sponsored apprentice II program required.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
