What You'll Do

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and measurements
• Perform mechanical assembly and installation tasks
• Support manufacturing and production operations
• Work closely with team members to meet quality and production goals
• Assist with general shop and production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, electrical work, or a similar hands-on field
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Industrial manufacturing experience
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
