Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S. | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We’re hiring independently licensed bilingual California therapists for full-time W2 roles, paid per session. Start at 25 hours per week and build from there, with full benefits.

💻 Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth

• Conduct sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context

• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs

• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you

• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes

• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders

📋 Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States

• Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)
