Pharmacy Tech II

Hours:

Works under the direct supervision of the pharmacist at all times. Responsible for drug distribution and intravenous admixture throughout the hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Graduate
2. Current registration with the California Board of Pharmacy as a Technician.
3. Preference given for one year experience in a hospital pharmacy, including unit dose, drug distribution and intravenous admixture.
4. Requires knowledge of drug names, pharmacy math and sterile technique.
5. Requires good English communication skills.
