Maintenance Technician - Renovations & Property Maintenance

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing property maintenance and renovations team. This hands-on role focuses on transforming residential properties through repairs, upgrades, remodeling projects, and preventative maintenance. If you have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, flooring, or general maintenance, this is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects while building your skills and advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns, property renovations, and interior/exterior repairs.
• Install, repair, and replace drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and fixtures.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify effective repair solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
• Repair appliances, HVAC components, and building systems as needed.
• Assist with remodeling projects, property upgrades, and cosmetic improvements.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or residential repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common building and mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, appliances, and general maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
