Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading all financial operations of the organization and serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership. The CFO  oversees accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, HR, and strategic planning

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company objectives.
    • Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, capital allocation, and business planning.
    • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
    • Prepare and present financial statements and performance analyses.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
    • Manage banking, lending, financing, and cash flow activities.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
    • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices.
    • Lead audits and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
    • Develop and mentor finance and accounting staff.
    • Evaluate financial systems and ERP platforms to improve efficiency.
    • Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and special projects.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
    • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
