In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge inspection equipment, support critical quality initiatives, and play a direct role in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

What You'll Do

✅ Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements

✅ Inspect precision components manufactured from steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials to ensure compliance with customer and engineering specifications

✅ Program, operate, and troubleshoot advanced inspection equipment, including:

• Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Keyence Vision Inspection Systems

✅ Conduct detailed dimensional and visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process

✅ Perform incoming/receiving inspections to verify materials and components meet quality standards before production

✅ Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality documentation, and compliance records

✅ Enter and track inspection data within the ERP system to support traceability and continuous improvement efforts

✅ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify quality concerns and drive corrective actions

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

✔ Experience with dimensional measuring equipment and quality inspection techniques preferred

✔ Knowledge of manufacturing, machining, or quality systems is a plus

✔ Strong computer and documentation skills

✔ Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
