have advanced university degree.</li><li><span><span>Extensive experience with ODM</span><span>/</span><span>EMS engagement models</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span>10</span><span>+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in value engineering, cost reduction</span><span> </span><span>within a manufacturing environment</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>8+ years of people management experience</span> </span></li><li><span><span>Technical background in networking product design and development </span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Strong knowledge of V</span><span>alue Engineering </span><span>methodology</span><span> </span><span>and should</span><span> be</span><span>-cost modeling</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Strong background </span><span>of </span><span>ODM</span><span>/CM</span><span> </span><span>manufacturing processes</span><span> for Networking/Telco hardware products</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Excellent facilitation, analytical, and cross-functional presentation skills</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>PMP certification</span><span> or higher certification</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Excellent communication and presentation
