Job Description

I am seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Label and stage orders for outbound delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Experience with material handling and packaging.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and manage warehouse inventory.
• Competency in order picking, unloading, and using pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with a rotating schedule from 9am-5:30pm. Weekend availability will be required. The role involves physical tasks and requires adherence to safety guidelines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Draper, UT.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
