🚚 Forklift Operator – Start Immediately | $22.00–$23.50/hr | Weekly Pay | Direct Placement

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Band units and verify load tags to ensure every shipment is properly secured and labeled
• Stage product and load/unload trailers efficiently throughout the shift
• Perform visual quality inspections and confirm truck counts before shipments leave the dock
• Complete accurate paperwork for all outbound and inbound loads
• Follow safety policies and report issues, accidents, or incidents immediately
• Complete monthly online safety training as assigned
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
• Read Wet End run schedules to prepare correct rolls for upcoming paper grades
• Drive and handle rolls safely according to company rules and training

💵 Pay & 🕒 Shifts

• Pay: $22.00–$23.50/hr — weekly pay
• Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
