Join our team as a MIG Welder and contribute to our dynamic fabrication environment. This position operates on a first shift schedule with four ten-hour days and opportunities for overtime. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, job-shop setting where projects frequently change, allowing you to engage in a variety of builds.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on a variety of parts and assemblies, primarily using stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic shop math including measurements, tolerances, and material calculations.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adapt to changing projects and different job requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Certification in MIG welding.
- Experience with machine setup and MIG welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings.
- Basic shop math proficiency.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Trade school welding certification.
- Experience with TIG welding and fabrication.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
