Outside Sales Representative - Plumbing

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thriving sector through lead generation, networking, and market research. 

• Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs for commercial and multifamily properties. 

• Proposal Development: Create and present customized solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget considerations. 

• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. 

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, property managers, facility directors, and other key stakeholders. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service implementation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or mechanical services industry. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to understand technical aspects of plumbing while effectively communicating them to clients. 

• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. 

• Familiarity with commercial, hotel, restaurant or multifamily plumbing needs is a plus.
